EULA stands for "End User License Agreement," and it applies to the Currency Track Extension.

We would like to introduce you to Currency Track, Safari application. The Advertz World LLC is the provider of the Extension ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, and using the Extension (the "EULA"), you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions. You are not permitted to download or use the Extension if you do not consent to the EULA.

We provide you with a limited license that allows you to install and use the Extension on any device that you own or control for your own personal use. This license is not exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. You are not allowed to use the Extension for any business or financial purposes.

The Extension, along with all intellectual property rights associated with it, belongs to the Advertz World LLC and its licensors and will continue to do so in the future. The Copyright Act, as well as other laws in the United States and other countries, provides legal protection for the Extension. The Extension may include components that belong to third parties, and the use of these components is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the relevant third-party licensors.

You may not:

• Make copies, modifications, or derivative works based on the Extension or any portion of it.
• Distribute the Extension to any third parties, including selling, transferring, sublicensing, or distributing it.
• Employ reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling techniques on the Extension or any of its components.
• Remove or alter any notices of copyright or other proprietary information included in the Extension.
• Use the Extension for any illegal or prohibited activities.

We may, from time to time, release updates to the Extension. These updates may include bug fixes, new functionality, or other enhancements. You agree to receive these updates and install them as soon as possible after receiving them.

Your permission to use the Extension is only granted under the condition that we reserve the right to revoke it at any time and for any reason. If we choose to terminate your license, you must immediately stop using the Extension in any capacity and uninstall it from all devices under your ownership or control.

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS.

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE EXTENSION OR THIS EULA TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THIS APPLIES EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
